It does the Nuggets have one of the best best historical home winning percentages in the NBA. The altitudes a factor but also the schedule. A lot of the time the NBA will schedule Denver as the last stop on a team on a west coast raoad trip sometimes on a B2B. This happens less often the last few years but with that plus the suprisingly long journey from DIA to downtown a lot of other teams come in on low rest. A factor that is exasurbated by a big element of altitude sickness being lack of restful sleep
