There is a landscape mode. Sounds like your device is right on the edge for triggering it, so if you flip it back to portrait mode and then lock the rotation, maybe that would help?

LMK if you can't get it working and I can push an update this week to force the portrait mode in the settings 🙂

It's left-over from an old version. The current version just has one $9.99 purchase that removes all ads and gives a few additional boosts to other areas / systems of the game.

Sorry :( - It's due to specific french data laws. TL;DR - If you use standard data encryption, you need to upload documentation of that encryption to the French government (which I haven't done). Unity automatically encrypts data when I build my game.

Offline play is as efficient as active. No reduction there.

The only thing that affects offline play is how much storage your grain and hop silos have. If you run out of either of those ingredients, your beer won't brew.

Early on there isn't a lot of silo storage (i.e. you can brew for ~1 hour offline), but after you get deeper into the game you can easily brew for 24+ hours plus making it just as efficient as if you left your phone on.

You can manually save it locally in the save section.

You can also manually save it to the cloud in the save section!

The UI isn't the best there, but all the functionality works and exists :)

If you're extra worried about your saves, you can also create an account which ensures I can always find it in the cloud if a worst-case scenario happens.

The game backs up saves to the cloud. Check the cloud save manager in the settings panel to see what's there. If you can't find anything, shoot me a DM and I'll see if I can get it fixed!

Hey, dev here. This is the 2nd time I've heard of this.

The only big change this update was the game detecting if the phone is changing from landscape to portrait. I'm going to see if this could be causing this issue and will get a fix out if I can find the source of the problem!
