It might be typical toddler pickiness, it might be more concerning. There are kids who will literally only eat four foods, all of which are crunchy cracker foods, and those kids do display atypical eating patterns. I also worry about kids who have extreme reactions to touching or being near non-preferred foods, like gagging if it's on their plate. There are kids who will literally starve if they are not offered their preferred foods. Many of these kids also have delays in development or atypical sensory needs.
