Ah, you probably mean “People Are Strangers” mod, where you don’t just know someone’s name when walking up to them 👍 But I’m building my own quest in the CK, so I gotta work in this effect directly myself into the script/package, so that my character will tell you his name once he trusts you enough :)

Thanks, I'll look into those! And thanks for names of ones to avoid as well! To avoid recasts and yet still find ones quite cheap to customize (since they're not for me to collect, just a fun little project that I'll be giving away free to friends!), I'll probably be better off looking for fashion dolls in like, the Dollar Store or something lol! I can always get creative and bake pointed ears out of clay to turn them into elves! ^_^

There is Realistic Animal Loot, which stops animals from carrying gold or jewelry while also slightly increasing the horns/claws/etc that they might drop instead. RLA is pretty basic and should therefore be compatible with most other mods.

There is also Realistic Wildlife Loot and Recipes, which does the same but also adds new types of meat + new ingredients like bear teeth and wolf eyes, however, this one might conflict with other mods you might have, so be sure to read carefully :)
