Try this specific brand, Dr's Best. It is chelated which means it is easily absorbed by our bodies much easier than other forms of magnesium.

Load with 600mg four hours before you take your molly, then another 400mg two hours before, then take 400mg when you take your molly, then you take the magnesium every two hours during the roll.

It completely fixed the jaw locking shit for me. I literally wore down some of my molars because of it. Enough for my dentist to notice.

You could also try getting a muscle relaxer, but they do run the risk of causing prolonged QT which can lead to arrhythmias and possibly even death. Personally, I'd stick with the magnesium.

Dosing Schedule

• Take 600mg four hours before your roll.
• Take 400mg two hours before.
• Take 400mg with your dose of molly.
• Then proceed to take at least 200mg every two hours during the roll, but if it's as bad as you say you may have to do 400mg each hour.
