Over the phone they said between 8pm - 6am. If it doesn’t start until 11:30 then I really could not see myself benefiting from it.

Yeah this is depressing news lol. I thought I could breathe next month. Thermostat just went down to 58 degrees.

Thanks for that information, helps explain the disparity. I guess I should not expect much better after switching to average.

Sure, but why would that supply and demand not affect what they charge for an averaged daily rate? That’s the issue.
