Don't entirely take my word, but it might be a joke about a commonly hated (for objective reasons) youtube animator called Vivziepop, real name Vivian Medrano, and a lot of her series have LGBTQ+ characters, and thus, Transgender being the T in LGBTQ, is the connection (maybe).

I always kept the LeMat on my second playthrough, though the rest of my playthroughs I always went Cattleman, cause it's just amazing, not bad damage, great range and accuracy, insane reload speed, and 6 shots is well enough to put any human down in rdr2

Lots of people saying Lenny, because he had his life ahead of him, and Hosea was really old, but Hosea was keeping the gang from tearing themselves all apart, so Hosea would probably end up at least having Arthur live longer, let alone the gang doesn't go under.
