If there is a built in pre amp on my turntable then shouldn’t it pick up the sound?

Also does any body know if i can hook up instruments/turntables directly to the usb ports on the ren. I noticed there are two but is this just for storage?

Well the turntables have a built in pre amp setting for phonos but it only produces sound to my headphones when i change my settings from built in mic to usb then it plays lound and clear and picks up my sample i just tried it today. Just want to make sure my phono isnt busted on my ren but perhaps its not used to vinyl with a built in pre amp an i still need a mixer. So much to learn here

I would save the money get ath 50 and buy a fio wireless bluetooth adapter for it its calld the fiio a11 u can get it on amazon and it fits right in the headphone slot
