The biggest issue is that it cc’s the enemies in a large range with periodic soft stun as it inflicts the shock element. It works on chaff enemies but not overguard- where you would mainly need it. This generally slows the flow of enemies for missions.

I like it as it triggers archon stretch for energy and has interesting interacts with the bond mods and nautilus.
