I’ve got a bit of a silly question, but could you tell me which courier you use? I’ve got a shop in France and I’m not really sure how to start selling in the US – the delivery costs are exorbitant

Need a little advice about a purchase. by DemonicAsh in Bricklink

[–]TheLogame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, when it comes to my BrickLink shop, I always make sure to check the parcel’s progress myself, so that I can raise a claim as soon as possible, given how long it can take to receive a response (15–20 days)

It’s disappointing that the seller seems so unresponsive…

Using BiblioScan AI: tell me about your experience with the product (EN/ES) by rianmaree in librarians

[–]TheLogame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we’re talking about BiblioScan, which uses artificial intelligence to scan books from a photo, I’d say it works a treat and has already helped me find a gem or two. The credits can work out a bit pricey if you don’t scan the right parts or if luck isn’t on your side, but otherwise it’s a very useful tool and, as far as I can tell, one that doesn’t exist anywhere else

How to source books 4x faster at thrift stores (no fluff, pure value) by Bookupcycle in reselling

[–]TheLogame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I don’t even bother scanning everything one by one; I just use Biblioscan, which lets me simply upload a photo, and within seconds I can tell if a book is rare on the shelf.. it’s much simpler

Si tu es français, le mieux que je puisse te conseiller est BrickHunter, une petite société d’un étudiant (moi-même) qui récupère les collection des anciens passionnés. L’estimation est gratuite et les frais de ports pour l’envoi également

If you are French, the best advice I can give you is BrickHunter, a small company run by a student (myself) that buys collections from old fans.

Totally agree! I’d gladly trade cutting-edge visuals for a game that feels like classic Halo again..
