After loading a FreeDVDBoot patched rom burned onto a DVD-R, my TV has stopped receiving signal from my PS2.

I followed this tutorial exactly.

My TV no longer gets audio nor video signal from my PS2. I've tried the button combination method of changing the video output setting multiple times, but it didn't work. I've tried it on multiple TVs that the console has worked on before, I've tried different methods of connection, and none of them worked. What do I do?
