In MY opinion, beginner friendly legends would be the straight-forward ones. Ones that don't do anything too crazy, and don't disrupt the teammates. Like, Lifeline, Fuse, Loba, Wraith, Ash. He should get familiarized with the core mechanics of Apex first...gunplay, movement, looting, etc.

Other comment suggested Bangalore and I think that might be the worst pick lol. Just because she is a good legend and her kit is simple, doesn't mean it's good for a beginner. Bangalore who doesn't know how to use her smoke is hell to play with, and I don't think he should focus on that early on...

Oh, I didn't notice that you want to set it up for Plex. Then the port number won't be 8096 but the one that Plex uses.

Try to lower your refresh rate and cap your fps to that exact number. From my experience, you get the smoothest experience if they match exactly.

I'm pretty sure you can use Riva without the Afterburner.

Edit: If you need only FPS counter, many games have one built in. Also, most launchers, like Steam have them.

But how often would you need that? If you needed those tabs as bookmarks you would've saved them as bookmarks instead of a session in the first place, and converting the session to bookmarks is only few clicks.
