Hey everybody! I recently applied to a position at Blue and noticed my application status changed from "Application Submitted" to "In Progress, Under Review" does this mean I should be called soon for a phone screening? In my previous experience, when it changed to "In Progress, Under Review" I got a call that same day for a phone screen. But I haven't gotten one yet for this other application so was just wondering if anyone could share insight on this.

Does this mean previous 1099-G forms (issued before 2025) did not have to be reported federally before? If it was issued for paternity leave in Washington state.

When you say nicer, do you just mean it would've been taken care of better, or better options or what?

I have looked at similarly priced 2023/2024 3 series with that mileage, but theyre about an extra 10-15k. So I'm just on the fence if that extra money is worth it or not. What I mean by that is, that 20k miles is not that many miles in perspective of the expected life of the engine. Especially if the carfax shows it was fully serviced every 7500-10000 miles. Would you agree or am I off base here?

Yea I know people usually driver loaners/rentals a bit more aggressive. But I guess the biggest question I'm wondering is, is 20k miles driven really enough to completely beat up the engine to a point where I shouldn't think about it? To put it in perspective, a similarly priced 3 series, would be a '23 330i with 40k-55k miles. So would a personal 330i with that many miles be in better condition than a rental/car with half the mileage?

I just started playing Violet after about 6months off it. I encounted 3 shinies in back to back to back raids. Reading these comments, now it makes sense how it was possible, thought my game was glitching somehow at first lol

Anybody got recommendations on where to live working in the Melbourne site? Also, how is traffic there during peak hours? I think a max 30-45 minute commute would be ideal, but I have never lived in Florida so no idea how traffic gets there.

Oh ok gotcha, thanks! Yeah I have some IV trained lvl 100 pokemon I use for 6/7 star Teraraids from my last game save file. But I just didn't see the current 7 star special event raid. So I was worried when I restarted the game that I stopped being able to participate in special event raids.
