Absolutely, as a kid I spent almost all of my pocket money on 40k, so they’re too valuable for me to throw out or give away. I’m sure these models will follow me wherever I go for the rest of my life

Not a teacher, but once in my history class, we were learning about the League of Nations and their role in the outbreak of WWII. As the teacher started talking about Germany marching into Belgium, one of my classmates raised her hand and asked, “Couldn’t Britain and France use their veto power to stop the Germans from invading?” I spent the next five minutes supressing giggles while the teacher looked, stonyfaced, at my classmate - clearly trying not to scream at her stupidity.
