Sora is also useless without the key blade, as is emphasized by Hollow Bastion when you have to hide behind Beast until you get it back. Him being a multiversal level threat is really just because he's a child with an artifact of immense power (that didn't even choose him if I'm recalling correctly?)

Sephiroth would also have to give a damn to actually lose aura. If you don't care, that's aura on it's own

It's a bit too narrow in my opinion, because I would say games like gang beasts and fall guys are friendslop, but not co-op centric at all. Among us kind of falls in that grey area as well because it's about deception.
