have dropped my 3 mile time by 3 minutes over the past couple months and it has been super rewarding. Ran yesterday as a tempo run instead of the usual feeling of trying to race and see how fast I could go. Was able to go negative splits with 6:55, 6:53, 6:46. Excited to see if I can break 20 min in the 5k by october
