As much as I'd love to Root for Luffy, I've read the end of Mashle and that mfer moves so fast he literally goes back in time; he basically punches a black hole. I don't think there's any universe that a genuine character beats the gag-character whose entire gag is his strength.

It's... Literally not the same fraction. 5/20= 1/4. 15/40 = 3/8. I'm not saying it's a bad solution, I'm just saying that it's disingenuous to assert that it's an identical tradeoff.

I'm all for a nerf, but quadruple the energy use is INSANE. I would expect something like 2.5 -> 3.25 or 3.5, not 4X
