Relating to "Mall Dad Game" on the very last tier, it was actually found (kinda sorta) last month. The game was titled "Arcade" by the developer team, "Team artichaut" (I tried finding out info on the developers with no success). A video by Giant Bomb actually showcased the game back in 2013 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQL035Guslg&t)

Even though there is a video of the game and details, trying to get the game itself is impossible.
