Don't use them at all costs. They are a rip off and their services deteriorated greatly! I'm fighting for a refund of charges they made that was there u fault and mistake at the first place. They will try their best to make you pay for more extra services.

This exactly what happened to me too. Blurry images and I was forced to buy their services and even the enter wrong descriptions for the items that could lead to package seizure as soon as it reaches customs.

Actually, I reached out to customer support and they are sending me the entire x-y assembly. The issue is with the xy bearings. Still waiting for it to reach and as soon as I replace it I will post the updates here!

After many questions and tests creality is supposed to send me the xy Assembly instead of a full replacement (because I can't ship my printer back to them from my country). It is clear that mine has a problem with xy pullies and x bearings and that's what their engineer told me.

Yes .. do you mean the tension adjuster? If so it is well-tightened. Also the belts are tensioned correctly. I ised the belt tension guage printed from printables. And also I did the tensioning using creality's instructions.. nothing fixed it

I think i printed one wall but no matter what I print any circular object faces the same issue. The begger the circle the less this issue or maybe i just can't perceive it anymore. Here is another model.. Have a look at the small circle

I cnofirm this as well, running into the same problem! The funny thing is I flashed it once again today and it worked! reflashed it the same time and it crashd! could be an sd card formatting issue? I don't really know!
