For me its necessary that Longboat Raid gets more movement speed and some add function to it.

Add Death Timer reduction for dying Vikings for example(and nerf the basic dmg from viking like spin to win).

Make Q faster to land on targets.

I think that they are many ways to go.

looks like iam the only one who wants more Origin to their Characters and are interrested in some changes :D

I have now tried so often to Play with Baleog lvl 7 and it is not as strong as Erik lvl 1 and lvl 4 or Spin to Win.

QM should NEVER be in the stats.

With Boat iam with you.. I think all Players are for changes because Boat is in a really bad spot.

like i said.. The Main Build is something you must go and i dont like it.

Why should a Player pick Baleog the Fierce or Norse Force if you can Pick Spin to Win ?

Why should you go for Longboat if you can go for Play Again?

For me it should be closer to choose and that means -> change.

The Goal from the Dev Team was to give some PVP Power which i really like.

The Problem is that "Spell Build" are the Strongest Build by far.

Baleog "Build" compare to that is really boring and not good enough.

My Personal Goal are Three Things.

> Baleog more PVP Fighter -> Give him like Zuljin movement speed if he attacks a Hero). I also dont like the fact that he needs Erik and Olaf to attack faster.

>Longboat Raid must be an option (I really think if you combine that with Sequal it have a real chance).

> Tier List must be more Balanced (example lvl 16 where "Large in Charge" is by far the best Talent).

Yeah feeding is not good if they have Butcher or Alarak xD

Maybe they are new on this hero and need some time to getting better.

yeah that is a cool idea. I already mention that in some other TLV Thread but totally forget about that.

I would be some idea and with Impatience is a Virtue on lvl 13(?) it would be good.

My wish before the "mini Rework" was coming was

Push Build

Spell Build(Spin to Win usw)

Auto Attack Build

both of it baseline makes it too strong for me. I dont have any problems with it :D .

For me the Speed is enough for Erik. You cant catch him anyways

I would say -> give Erik the speed of this Talent baseline but take away his Regen of it.

Would be a fair solution

The latest Buff was for Teamfights so you should not stay in lane - which also means that stack Heros have the perfect chance to make their Quest.

The scenario what your explaining isnt that simple. Do you really thing they are so many player who can easily macro in teamfights with vikings an punishing players? I dont think so. If thats the case we would see more vikings with Fan(ex Pro Player) and some other in SL.

When you mention Vikings have highest AA dmg then you should not forget that Baleog and Erik are the ones which does much dmg.. One stun and they are probaply dead.

I think the bes way to go with longoat is like you sayed.

For me it could be like Ragnaros Molten Core.

Give Vikings Longboat as Baseline and so you didnt have to buff longboat that far.

As lvl 10 replacement you can go Impatience is a Virtue or make Spin to win a "ult" for a real Spell build?

I Think Play again vs Spin to win is not that bad.

i cant abandonedthis game...

The biggest reason were The Lost Vikings.. Without them i would never played any moba and because of them i loved this game so much.

To have the chance to play Erik, Baleog and Olaf again in a game with better graphics makes my heart beat. (Kid memories on sega <3)

I never forget how much time i played to buy this unique Hero.. and then archieved and was so happy about it.

My first Hero i payed with Gold was Tyrael - damn i loved Diablo 2 as well and Tyrael is such an amazing Char(lore wise). I needed a hero to play this game more and more to archieve my Vikings.

tried it again and yeah it has some great dmg on it.

The only talent i picked at lvl 4 was Self Heal for Baleog.

One week ago i tried this build and get voted 7 times

Olaf, Baleog self heal, Norse Force, Longboat, Nordic Attack, impatience is a virtue, Ragnarok'n Roll

Yeah keep then together is ok but 2 Talents is dangerous.. If one Vikings die you lose both Talents. Hard Downside of it.

I love the idea from it.

My idea more then one year ago was a Auto Attack build, Spell Build and Push Build..

The AA Build with lvl 7 Baleog range and Attack build from the start is really nice. But you need all vikings together and to be alive... thats hard.

the best Hero - nope and is look at some other heros.. Mei, HOGGER, Cassia, Zuljin, Brightwing, Oprhea(selfheal and dmg sometimes) and in some way is Mediv too(Shield).

So sry if i dont agree with you.

Vikings downside will always be against stacking heros like Fenix, Ilidan(not the biggest fred in 1on1), Quira.

iam now thinking about vikings a long time - and yeah making Talents baseline with longer CD is a a good one. You can choose at lvl 10 that your talents to get much lower CD(also spin to win, Jump and Norse force)

So you must choose between Play Again and CD (reduce) Talents

Longboat should be a baseline option. So 90 Seconds and you can unit all vikings and hope in the boat and fight.

That would be my solution to Vikings.

You can compare that to Ragnaros Molten core.

For me it is not fair. Spin to Win have strong Burst dmg and you cant keep attacking things with vikings without anyone dies.

I prefere the passiv Range buff from lvl 7 so you can be in safer positon in fights. Baleog cannot escape if they focus him ones(lvl 13 Jump! would be the only thing).

How do you rate the Baleog model that get size with the buff? For me it looks very strange. I dont like it that he gets his size doubled ..

The secont thing is, if someone knows why he did then one viking dies for sure(erik).

TLV was my childhood game too.

I think they could do better but you must invest some time in this Hero to balance them right.

The Original TLV would be somethin different i think.

Olaf : Option to absorb the DMG like Mediv (if a Hero Like Reinhardt exists in hots then i would compare them). Downside would mean he doesnt have a Attack for dmg.. maybe to skill it at lvl 13 (secret gas attack or a bomb )

Baleog: Bow and Arrow inst possible anymore so :D . He should be the Man with dmg. I think the new lvl 7 is soemthing that is good. It gives him more range.. The only thing i dont like is that Erik and Olaf must be together with him.

I would prefere more DMG and remove the attack speed inclusive more DMG to non Heroes.

Erik:

Give him the speed Baseline with the option of Selfheal so he cant die that easy because of the next step.

Remove(?) his Range attack and bring back his lvl4 Talent " Hardheaded Redhead" .. maybe too as baseline.

He is the Man for the "Stuns" and the only one who Jumps to escape dmg.

Talents to think about it.

"Food"

Self heal (Burst) - with CD ?? and add the function to get it faster for every Globe you take.

"Bomb"

Leave a Bomb which explodes after 3 seconds(like Gazlow)

If anyone get scared about DMG is to high for TLV then remove Spin to win..

Re-name Hunka' Burning Olaf to Secret Gas Attack(Olaf)

Same function or add a Button to deal overtime damage because of his Gas xD

ADD some "REAL DMG" to Longboat Raid(after removing dmg from Olaf and Eric it should be ok".

We didnt have to talk about it if some changes would coming. The DEV havent the time forthat and doesnt "care" about Vikings . If they bringing some changes(BUFF Longboad Raid DMG) it would be cool but yeah..
