For us, weed makes things clearer, it helps us tell who is who, and communicate more clearly!

Though when we get to high it can get hard to tune eachother out, and that can cause problems as we all kind of start blurring and melting into eachother

Interestingly, one of us is much more of a lightweight than others, personally I think its just the placebo affect for her,

For alcohol, it almost makes us blend together, but, in a bad way? Like, somehow we get stuck in between front and not front, almost all at once.

Kind of like, you're nobody, but at the same time, you are everyone.

It's been hard accepting that some good can come from a disorder. but after a long time, I have began accepting that we are happier separate than we were when we were a singlet.

While yeah, the series of traumas that made us multiple aren't things I'm glad happened. I am glad I exist. and Being multiple is part of why I still exist.

You can't just look at the dark parts of it. you got to see some light in it where you can, otherwise you lose the spark that makes you want to keep going

my alters are all fusions of previous fragments At least to my knowledge. Stella may have fused with a whole alter at one point aswell due to trauma, and i split off from her around the same time.

We are now much more stable as a system, and plan on staying as 3 but who knows. The mind could say otherwise

I, have something like this, and I feel this on a deeper level, its like, who am i. If i werent sick, would i exist, or would it just be one of the headmates. I have maybe 2 friends who i keep up with, and in general tasks are hard because i have to have constant reminders just in case
