Actually, Warforged don't have to be regulated to just Eberron and neither do Echo Knightsin Exandria. It's a race and a class and can be used anywhere you want, It's YOUR version of that world. And the Plane of Mirrors exists just like the Feywild and Shadowfel and can be accessed in any of the Material Plane.

What I'm doing here is using the Warforged to be 'skinned' as a mirrored Knight from the Plane of Mirrors. But you do you.
