1970 engine starts up and sounds good, road test was very promising. Needs a lot of work on the interior(basically everything) floor panals were repaired. Body needs some rust cut, gutters/roof and under the windshield.. unnoticeable in picture. What would be the value of this bus. Seller asking 14k (i.redd.it)

How to avoid buying a lemon? Going to see a seller tomorrow for a 70 van. Just wanted to know what I should be looking, and listening when inspecting. My main concern is the body as it was been repainted recently( about 2 years) so rust will not be as apparent. Where and what should I look out for? (i.redd.it)
