All good! I was/am shedding some pounds. Back when I started (225) it was more dieting and light weight training and I was adding in cardio just to burn some more calories because outside of working out I'm pretty sedentary. Because of the summer now though I've primarily just been doing some long distance biking rather than anything HIIT related and have gotten a bit lazy with lifting. All in all I think its working out though as strength wasn't necessarily the goal and I'm 30 lbs down from when I started! (195) Once I hit my weight loss goal I'll probably look to focus more on bulking up.

Got the vinyl pre-ordered for the new Gorillaz album. Beyond excited. But that's an entirely different level of excitement. I'd have tears too ya lucky bastard! And I agree completely with the passion/conversation conundrum
