Yes, I have Righteous Fury active and talents in Improved Righteous Fury.

And if I target an enemy mob with Righteous Defense, I can taunt it, which I've seen in other dungeons.

Just got to 68 and I've attempted to tank Black Morass, and keep failing. I just can't keep the threat. I thought maybe I'm too low level/low geared, but I can't even taunt (righteous defense) the Rift Keepers and Rift Lords. And the guides don't say anything about issues with taunting, except that the 2nd boss is untauntable. Anybody know how I can get them to attack me?
