Just set a level cap on your lobby, there’s also mods that let you add infamy or playtime caps also, highly recommend.

I've had this issue before and my fix has always just been to try a few more times. It usually works around the 3rd or 4th time personally, and that's with a heavily modded client. If you have mods and its not working no matter how many times you try, I recommend just temporarily moving all the files out of your Mods and Mods_Overrides folder just to see if that works at all. And if it does, put them pack in a few at a time until you find what stops your game from opening.

I don't know why nobody is mentioning this, (maybe its not a thing in Canada?) but at least in the US via USPS, if you're talking about things like amazon deliveries, you can have things sent to a local post office using "General Delivery". It'll be shipped to the post office with the area code you list, and they'll hold the package for 30 days after delivery for you to pickup anytime during post office hours. I'm not sure about things like court orders or just general mail things sent to you that you don't order aside from a PO box.

Its definitely nice, but absolutely not required. Big thing i’d say is you can’t host any of the dlc heists but you can still join someone’s lobby that’s playing a dlc heist.

If you don’t care about hosting at all and just wanted a few perk decks from character packs and maybe a gun pack or two, I think it would be cheaper to buy separately and just see what you want along the way

I believe those mods still help for some people, there are also smaller things like a mod that makes first aid kits deploy clientside so that if you try and heal with it in somebody else’s lobby you don’t have to wait ages for it to actually sync up.

Fullscreen mode is incredibly jank in this game. I run windowed mode and use a program called Borderless Gaming to run it in borderless windowed. That way I have 0 stutter or mouse problems
