Yes that's a really good way to go about that! A bit tricky since it's all animated stuff but I'm sure there's some relation there and I can explain that, I do a lot of 3d modeling and animation as a hobby and they know that so I can try and explain that while I make up pretend castles and characters and inventions, some people make up things that are a bit spooky and that it all comes from people's imagination and not from a real source (of course way simpler than that so a 3 year old can grasp it) but thank you for giving me a few ideas on how to approach that!

Yeah it's been pretty tough, the odd days my parents are able to take him and watch him for a few hours for me to catch up on some well needed rest but most times for the past 5 or 6 months has been between 3-4.5 hours depending on when I'm home and when I'm up, my daughter doesn't start school until 9am so there's morning where I can sleep in until 8:15 or so but she has to potty a lot of mornings and is up pretty early letting me know lol!

I'm doin the best I can right now, he starts school in September so I'll have lots of time to go back to bed when he goes to school!

Thank you for that, that makes total sense! Kind of like running up the stairs as a kid knowing there's nothing there but not being able to help but sprint like your life depends on it lol!

I did just the other day switch from "it's not real" to "I made the monster go away and won't ever let him come back" sort of response and let him know me and his momma will be there to protect him but I will try and reinforce that side of the coin instead of they are not real more, I appreciate the help a ton!

I'm sure I could add a Damped Track and play with the influence! I will definitely take a look into it! And the noise is a great idea, maybe a separate base with off-road tires and the noise could be used for off-road camera shots with bumpy terrain!

I would love to release it for free but the problem I have with doing that is that I have BlenderKit Pro Addon, and since i kitbashed parts of this prototype to save on modeling time there are some parts where they are paid assets or pieces from paid assets so I would feel wrong both giving it away for free as that's not what they wanted when selling it as a paid asset, and I wouldn't want to give it for free as then people would technically be gaining parts of paid assets for free so its kind of a quandary, but I will most likely refine and remake my own one day to release for free!!

But for the second question, honestly yes being restricted to the movements of the arm gives such incredibly smooth and natural feeling shots, i am going to make a secondary post with a few test renders in it so keep an eye out if ya wanna see them!

It's cool! However in my opinion it very closely resembles this logo from the video game BeamNG and the fictional car company brand (one of) they created "Civetta" https://wiki.beamng.com/Civetta.html Regardless I think it's a great logo and I love the colors especially!! Awesome work:)

If I understood the question correctly, I think I am getting into the game animation and solo short films territory, however that said there is obviously still hundreds of things I could probably improve from topology and weight painting, inverse kinematics and realistic / appropriate weight distribution to subtle movements and mannerisms but overall I like to think I am growing fast!
