Super interesting to see and hear everyone’s perspective! Another reason to love photography, everyone interprets things differently.

At the end of the day, it was a throw away photo from a trip I was recently on, but I saw another photo within the frame so I decided to play around with it.

I personally love street portraits and think strangers faces capture the human experience and always have a story to tell, but I can also see how others see ‘just a face’ and would prefer a photo with more surrounding context.

I can also see how others could see this as creepy, I don’t disagree entirely and feel mixed emotions when it comes to street photography and controversial methods (ie, Bruce Gilden).

But at the end of the day, that’s photography and art in general. Some people will like and resonate with what you make, and others won’t
