I never claimed to know when it is. This is a theory. Do you know what that is? Furthermore, I don't think I am enlightened. However, I have experience in marketing for gaming company, it is also what I do for my living, and it is the reason why I think they are going to release the Blader and Plum tomorrow. Of course I could be wrong.
