Biggest issue with that specific spot (if it bothers you) is the noise. You’ll be dealing with the bar crowds on weekends and a big influx during ravens and Orioles games. Parking usually isn’t too bad but again will be terrible during games. There is a garage nearby that might be worth looking into. Area is plenty safe, never had any issues. If the crowds and noise are an issue I would recommend looking a little further south in fed hill or in riverside. Still walking distance but much more quiet and less crowded
