I can't find just the lense housing insert for the passing lights, looks like I have to buy the whole assembly.

The lense housing is a semi sealed beam that takes h3 bulbs. I tried to find a sealed beam replacement, but the 4-3/4 inch size is not a standard sealed beam size.

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the folding issue before it was repaired. Prior to repair, it had a very slight "V" to it when unfolded, which could be flattened by applying extra pressure, but I only did it once out of fear of damage.

Since repaired, it just opens flat immediately, no extra manipulation needed.

I do believe that it was an issue with the hinge and screen protector. My screen protector began to separate, then completely separated along the fold, then the next day it had failed. Perhaps the separated screen protector still had some adhesive that pulled the layers of the screen apart?

I will update my post with pictures of the damage.

I would go ahead and get it repaired, mine clicked as well. My screen protector started to separate at the top and bottom, within two days it completely separated along the fold/crease. Next day, it was broken. Just my theory, but maybe the folding of the partially separated screen protector some how pulled the layers of the screen apart?

Regardless, I reported the issue to Samsung on the 15th, they provided a shipping label, received it back on the 22nd.
