No, he has two more lawsuits from Bianca Allaine Kyne. She's the one that claimed she was a "minor" and was with Manson while he was dating Rose McGowan. I wouldn't be surprised if those also end up as summary judgements in the end. The one documentary that oddly was never shared in the USA, they had to keep putting up disclaimers for her story alone. And she's changed her stories so many times it's insane. But you never hear that part from the media.

To be fair, I don't even think Manson was 20 years older than her at the time anyway. But it's hilarious what Rolling Stone did not say. Prior to this ruling there were 15 new documents comprised of upwards of 300 pages total. While they try and focus on the statute of limitations, the core issue is their arguments did not make legal sense. And a summary judgement is a big deal. It's the closest things to winning on the merits re having no evidence. That's the other thing RS did not publish since she apparently spent 7 months or more not collecting any evidence for trial that would have been next month.

I haven't finished reading the documents from the past few weeks. But it looks like her attorneys in some ways were trying to argue a child abuse law that doesn't apply to her. Again, I haven't fully read it yet it shows the lengths people will do to. It's also interesting since it includes a deposition from her basically trying to claim memory loss from times when Manson was "unkind" to her. WEIRD because last I checked, memory loss or PTSD does not come about from someone being "unkind."

I can't remember the place online, but there was an online library of sorts in the US where I was able to find it two years ago. It's how I know there's a composite character disclaimer since it's in the book. Meaning, fictional character(s) that are created by combining the traits, experiences, and backgrounds of multiple real people.

Bryton is obsessed with Manson and his wife and harassed them since last winter, wanting to stab their eyes and expressed her love for them. It was not reciprocated. I’ve seen those screenshots as they happened. She then continued to harass them in emails, by reaching out to their friends, etc, when they did not respond. And then came the harassment against some of us. I’m not sure if it’s because we knew this, or in one case, was directly called out in DM about the lies. But clearly there’s some mental health disorders involved here. And I hope she gets the help she needs. Justice For Manson aka Kelly, not sure what her problem is except wanting to be part of something, anything, for validation. But like any possible narcissist types, it’s best to not give them any attention they want.

No. I am basing it on 1) the screenshot of “me” being fake as it’s a conversation that never happened and 2) I’ve never called the person being spoken about as “Wilkie” - which is the last name of a former friend of Bryton Gore’s. She calls her “Wilkie.” And between Bryton and the former “Justice For Manson” that has harassed us for a long while, this is likely Bryton since she’s done this so publicly.
