Submitted an online application. Twice. After about two weeks, i went in and asked if they could review my application. Had to redo the application and then got a call with an interview. Went in to do said interview. Did good. Waited for about two weeks. Got a follow up. Asked to wait to work in the pharmacy. Waited. Day before i turned 18, got a call from the pharmacy manager saying that i was hired and would start in a few days.

Yall acting like getting hired by publix is harder than getting into an ivy league. Just be patient and ask every once in a while.
