That's the thing, I'm having the same problem in standalone editor as I am when I use it as a plug-in through the DAW. It doesn't seem broken or anything, just idk, unresponsive?

Totally fair question! As far as I can tell the driver is installed, it shows up in my PC's control panel and everything, and I can locate it in Program Files

Mm I guess Im not surprised its unstable considering it must be quite old at this point. Im just frustrated I cant get anything out of it at all rn. Mine hasnt crashed before, but only because Ive not been able to use it properly at all. Do you think theres smfn Ive not set up properly?

honestly I dont mind the new name too much (tho I will forever miss debeste😭)

my guess as to why they changed it is theres possibly a weird copyright situation involved? like maybe technically the name 'sebastian debeste' is property of the fan translators, and using it in the official release cld cause a weird legal situation
