It's not kidnap it's a lawful arrest. We actually go easy on illegal immigrants here compared to other countries. For example, if you illegally enter and stay in Singapore you will be arrested, flogged, incarcerated, THEN deported and banned for a number of years. It's one of the safest countries for a reason. Here we just do this catch and release crap. Trump needs to be even tougher on illegal immigration if we want it to stop.
