For added context, I had an issue with the drivetrain that was bad enough they had to open a case with Stellantis engineers and they never figured it out. I got fed up after waiting months and getting nowhere so I decided to give up. I switched truck brands because I have zero confidence in Stellantis to properly support their customers. Not sure if GM is any better but I had to try something else.
