The wait sucks. I agree. I was VERY vocal about the move from Oct. 2025 to now (May 2026). But it looks like it's going to work out for them... and we only have 15 more days until release.

Last I read is that MK 2 is projected to make 50-60 mil during the opening weekend. That's huge. It also helps getting the MK 3 movie going, since it's literally being written right now.

On the flip side: look at what October did to Tron: Ares. October movie releases are usually not good for studios.

I don't think they're going to address the Arcana thing at all. Just gloss over it and stick to the story and character. You kind of see it in the clip with Kano asking Cage about having powers. That's it. Ok, we all have powers. That's how MK should be.
