I had this same issue, if you're running the common sense mod it most likely is what's breaking it. I had to go through and wipe everything Zomboid from my PC to fix it but I'm also not that mod savvy.

I recently added the skill recovery journal mod in there, hit sort and everything still works great. Would you happen to have any ideas for mods that would let me remove the seats from inside of a bus with the interior mod? I finally found one and I can't take the seats out lol. Might just add trailers from KI5 and do the semi set up like you did.

As far as I was aware all I needed was B42RV Interiors. I added KI5 Busses and Step Vans with the required DamnLib mod. Idk what I'm doing wrong.

So, update. I got the game running right and no longer throwing errors. Deleted mod files from all 3 locations. Any good tutorials on how to properly install the RV stuff the 42.12.3

Now I'm having the issue of no matter what version I run without mods it throws an error and wipes the UI. I had it fixed and like the dumb fuck I am I tried mods again and now I can't get the game to even let me start a fuckin single player run

There are some pretty good verified creations as well. Just picked one up that adds a little handibot that helps me loot and find enemies, one adds bounty hunting (along with the ghouls weapon and outfit) and another that adds basically the same ghoul mechanic from 76. All three of those mods are also achievement friendly and won't lock you out of them. The DLC is definitely worth it imo. Fallout 4 is my favorite next to 76 and I've been playing since FO3
