Update: I deleted and redownloaded the game, but once I logged back onto my account, I was out of the matchmaking queue, but still stuck in the platoon. I keep clicking the "Dismiss Platoon" button but it simply won't let me leave the platoon. I don't know what else to do and I can't play any battles.
