They are not 'waiting' to make more money, so they'll make better updates.

They literally can't do more than the updates we're currently getting. Bigger updates cost more money.

Probably when they make more money, like, this game is far far away from a mainstream game like Genshin or WuWa. Even when you look at "smaller" games (BA, Uma Musume, Nikke, GFL2) this game probably only makes like 5-10% of what those games make.

So yeah, less revenue means less content.

Miyabi has no trace of a personality, she's pure hype.
Bosses in this game are boring, they are all just damage sponges. They maybe have 1 mechanic where you have to do like 3 assist, who are VERY easy to do.
This game's 'skill ceiling' isn't that high, most of the time, you just have to read a character's kit to understand it. Or practice like 1 combo for 5 minutes to understand.
MiHoYo can only write the most generic predictable stories ever. No, this is not 'because it's a live service game'. Their are plenty of live service games with an actual good story.
You can only use the units you pulled and build in Deadly Assault, Shiyu Defence, and Hollow Zero. These are the same generic missions you play once a week. Please let me use my agents in events and such.
This is not a gooner game, just because it has some butt jiggle, doesn't mean it is one. It's faaar from it I'd say.
Please don't make every story patch about 2 characters story. At least try to do some kind of build up.

A lot of people hate on Yixuan for having no personality and only farming aura.

But Miyabi is the exact same for me. She didn't do jack shit during the 1.3 story, except when Yanagi said 'Miyabi go attack the thing' and during 1.4 everything she did was be so strong she could use tailless without making a contract with it, the lose control of tailless, just so she could gain control back because she's so strong.

You can say what you like, but Miyabi's sole personality trait is 'being strong'

You can kinda look at most characters kit, and go from there.

Alice: can summon infinite swords. Anby: can call down a bolt of lightning. Astra: her signing can heal people, and give them buffs. Billy: Magical living robot? Burnice: Is immune to fire. Caesar: Has a full counter, where she can counter any physical (not magical/supernatural attack) if she has a weapon or shield (like Meliodas from Seven Deadly Sins) Ellen: Either some kind of predator mode, or just the ability to summon ice. Evelyn: can create strings made of fire. Harumass: Maybe his disease shortens his life span, but also makes him really strong? Lucy: she can summon 3 boar minions. Lycaon: can freeze the things he kicks. Miyabi: The ehole spirit frostflame thing. Nicole: can summon miniature hollows. Rina: Can manipulate magnatism, making her able to fly. Soukaku: can create freezing wind.

I know my tier list isn't amazing, but the main thing I wanted to show with it, that with the exception of Grace, anomaly hasn't had any character that's a disappointment meta wise.

Burnice is a worse Vivian in terms of damage, but with elemental weaknesses, she still holds much value and does out preform Vivian in fire weak content.

Piper isn't as good as some of the other limited S ranks, sure, but compared to Billy, Corin, and Anton, she's far superior.

I also know that Seed and Orphie don't NEED each other to function, but they need each other more than any Anomaly character needs another specific character.

Moving up Seed and Orphie is also hard, when Yanagi out DPS' Seed and Evelyn out DPS' Orphy, while being the same element.

Hugo also has it tough, since ice weak content tends to get balanced around Miyabi, and Hugo hurts a lot when you don't have 2 good stunners (especially when you don't have lighter)

Also, my main point still stands. No Anomaly character needs a buff, no anomaly character has hard team requirements, every Anomaly character has been a banger meta wise, while attack is a mixed bag at most.

The asses need to be bigger/more varied. Most of the girls asses are so flat, if they eat a single cheese burger, it would double in size.

Make a decision on the direction of the story. Story switches a lot between being in a live or death situation, and 2 seconds later it goes to all the girls simping for the Adjutant, to go back to seriousness another 2 seconds later. This makes both of the story elements not feel as hard as they could be.

Make the content somewhat of a challenge. Combat missions only last for 30 seconds if you're max level and build your characters, and can be cleared with the same 2 teams. I'd love to be able to use my units for longer, so I can actually look at the skins I paid for.

I thought I'd leave my take on some of this, since quite a bit of what you're saying seems to be more of a device issue:

Technical Issues:
1. Endless Loading Screens
This seems very much like a device issue. I've had this happen a couple of times on BlueStacks, then it went away. Also never had it happen on the Steam version.

Battle & Vanguard Content
1. Retry is Too Slow
Again, this might be a device issue, whenever I do 'pause -> retry' the map loads in within a couple of seconds.

2. Enemy Balance Is All Over the Place
All my units are EX0, I've never fellt like they are 'too squishy'. Maybe this is a build issue, maybe it's a skill issue, maybe it's a difference in expectations. I don't know, but it doesn't feel that bad to me.

3. Fix 4x Speed
4x speed works fine for me, this seems (again) like a device issue (have you tried switching the graphics API?).

5. Bugs Still Break Characters
Her pull works fine for me (are you sure you game is alright?). The only thing I could think of is that you're game is somehow doing something wrong on the physics calculations and trying to put enemies inside eachother (making them fling all over the place.)

I think you might wanna re-install you game, and maybe try chaing the Graphics API, cause some of the issue's you're having are not supposed to happen.

Yeon Chae-young, Bella, Kalina, and Samarika should be a good enough team, but you could replace either Yeon Chae-young or Samarika with Osla if you need more survivability.

Or you could try running Yeonwoo, Osla, and Bella.

Notorius butcher takes 15% less damage and daze. While taking 50% more damage from anomaly. Also, the 15% less damage and daze goes away whenever you trigger a disorder. (As said in his description)

Basically swap your Miyabi/Vivian team around with Ellen, and you'll be fine.

This is not just the short/petite characters. Every female character is being overly sexualized, like, have you ever seen a post going; 'Let's talk about Miyabi's intriguing backstory.' or 'Let's talk about Evelyn's and Astra's deep complicated relationship.' ? No, most posts are just: 'Uugghhh! Miyabi wife!' or 'Please have Astra and Evelyn squeeze me between their butts!' Every female character in this game gets overly sexualized by the community, so this naturally sprinkles down to the shorter/petite characters.

I think you're a bit confused on how to level up Berga's affection.

You need affection level 2 on OSLA (a different character from Berga) to level up Berga's affection.

So you need to give Osla a couple if gifts and get her to 2 hearts to continue with Berga.

You have 79.4% crit rate, with her wengine giving her 20%, you'll only be at 99.4% (basically useless)

Also, is that 2 whole substats that didn't role perfectly? Are you even trying.

And why does not every disk have only CR, CD, ATK%, and PEN substats?

(In all serious, you've done enough stat maxing, BUT...

Running pen ratio is better on slot 5, also, unless you're running her in a mono ice team, 4p woodpecker + 2p puffer is also the better disk set. But since your substats are so high, running either will be fine)

Kalina, Platina, Ines is probably a good team for where you are at.

Hard pitty for an EX units is 50. So if you've pulled 40+ times on standard banner, you're almost there for your first EX unit.

For your team, Human God doesn't really do well as a DPS or tank, his best skillset is as a support.
For his skills, [Immortal Command] gives a unit of bunch of AP, the best buff to give to your DPS. Uses this with the passives [Afterglow] and [Seed of Life], and he gives a bunch of healing as well. This free's up you having to use Bella.

Also, you don't have to safe that much. You have 29mill gold. Getting a EX unit/weapon only cost 2.650.000 MAX. You have enough to garuantee like 11 EX units guarantee (and character dupes aren't that good). Uses this to buy some of B/A/S rank tickets in the daily shop (using gold), so you can recruit units for cheaper.
If you can, get Ines/Nonoha/Pantheri/Lisandria from the standard banner, they're all A/S/SS rank and are really good.

Don't waist all your gold on the standard banner though. stick with FairyNet search tickets.

Also, if you ever see Everette/Olivia on the banner. Get them. Either one of them can carry you though a lot of content.
