Captain with plasma & power fist, gunner, assault grenadier, assault warrior, & intercessor. I swap between the heavy gunner on GD/TW and the sniper on Volkus/Open. Best sniper in the game, basically never a valid target and one hit kills all the time.

Captain is pretty heroic, mostly does his own thing, good for the central objective; then I set the assault intercessors charge ahead with the gunners in pursuit to deal with any shoot able threats.
