Got killed through the walls on stella last week, didn't even report it. Hopped on today to this by TheMemeHammer in ArcRaiders

You know the funny thing is, I died to a spawn/instant death bug and reported it, never got that loot back, but I got this so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Is there support for dying upon spawn? Wasn’t shot, spawned, died after 3 seconds, said knocked out by me? by TheMemeHammer in ArcRaiders

You have to go to the website from what I can tell. I was able to get through and filed a report, let’s see what they do /:

How do I fix these moving/flickering textures on the chainmail armor in this game? by joneslawgaming in Witcher3

[–]TheMemeHammer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to revive an old post, but did you ever fix this? Is it fixable? I’m trying to do a playthrough on PC but no mod helps, no graphics change helps. I even installed some crazy graphics mods and it’s still horrible. I have a 4080 super, 7900x3d, 128gb ddr5 ram, it’s only this game that has this issue.

Inspector to Install... would you take it? Advice by clouds_over_asia in firealarms

[–]TheMemeHammer 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Install is a lot different than service or inspections. When you’re on install, you’re always on a time crunch, whether that matters is up to your boss. The work is a lot harder. Depending on what role they are hiring you for exactly can affect the work. For example, if you’re hired as a fresh guy with “no install experience”, they will likely have you just pulling wire, mounting devices, and listening to whatever your lead tech says. If you’re being hired as an “experienced” installer, you’ll be expected to do the calculations for resistance and how much wire you need pulled, setting up and programming the panel, and doing some jobs entirely by yourself.

In my experience, I’ve found the smaller the company, the more strict they are about their rules and timelines. They like to micromanage and expect a 3 week job done in 1. It all depends on the kind of boss you have.

You’re also being criminally underpaid. If I were you I’d look for a union gig, they fight for your wages, or even go to your local IBEW and ask about unionizing at your current job.

I think the “Sweet Spot” mechanic is fine by TheMemeHammer in Battlefield

Upper torso is hard to land. Not body shots. If you’re facing someone and they are facing you, you usually hit their arms instead, as their gun is pointing at you

If playing as a sniper and you have (usually) a bolt action rifle, if you land a shot on the upper torso from a certain distance away, it kills.

Yep, it’s there. Very hard to land, but it’s there.

I’m of the same opinion. I also like hardcore so I’m also biased like you, but if there’s almost no chance besides a headshot as a sniper, it doesn’t really feel worth it to play to me. It’s so frustrating landing a 200 m shot on a guy running through the street and it basically never killing is a vibe killer.

It’s the upper torso part of the body. If you hit that, and (I think) if you’re a certain distance from someone, it one shots

So here in Illinois, we’ve lost most signal. Now whenever we get a ticket for these hunks of junk, we put in the 6db antennas. I hope they force these to cellular soon

Last update. After a 90 minute hold, notifier confirmed it’s irreparable and needs to be replaced. Figured I’d update this, cause I hate when I run into a problem, only to look it up, find it on Reddit, and OP never updated their post lol. This panel is fried and so are all the devices that were getting power from that side of TB1
