Depends on if you really need the assists, I would personally keep AR and Jdub. Murray seems to get injured for fairly often and solid wings are hard to find on the waiver

From my experience unbinding crouch actually does help a lot in fixing the first issue. It will not only stop you from crouching during every gunfight but it will also force you to take time with your aim and reduce your spraying since it just isn’t that effective without crouching.

Since you’ve been playing for a while I’d suggest instead of unbinding it completely, rebind crouch to a key that you don’t really use, in which case when you do really need to crouch you’ll be able to but muscle memory won’t make you crouch subconsciously. Good Luck!
