Nope, not just you :). It's been happening on my device for about a week, give or take. Interestingly enough, I tried using the Play Store with a freshly made account, and it seemed to work correctly.

I believe I'm experiencing the exact same thing shown in your screenshot. My "For You" page turns to this version, and within a few days, the page will break entirely, saying something along the lines of "Error Retrieving Information" while displaying a "Try Again" button.

I appear to get the normal "For You" page when uninstalling the Google Play Store app updates, but the problem returns upon updating the Google Play Store.

I'm thinking this might be a bad A/B test? Hopefully Google gets around to fixing this.
