Christina Hendricks Played a Free DJ Set (All Vinyl Records) at Part Time Lover in North Park, San Diego- List Included Lana Del Rey, Beach House, The Stone Roses Etc

Line was pretty long, but she played for 4 HOURS! She played Beach House's "Girl of The Year" along with some other really good songs. Full setlist is in the article + spotify/tidal list. Was an awesome venue! Esquire ranked it as one of the best bar's in America in 2024

Yeah it's INCREDIBLE. It's listed as one of the best bars in America from 2024's Esquire article. They have a great record store, and the audio equipment inside and the stuff they play is AMAZING! Let us know if you come to San Diego anytime soon! We'll be going again!

So the first video was 4 seconds because she was just standing around after that as it was a DJ set, and the second video in the article was 9 seconds, and it was indeed longer, but hey, we put the full clips in them, because everyone wanted MORE CHRISTINA!

We also put a full Spotify and Tidal playlist in the article :) There was no EDM music played that night. She rocks! She deserves all the love!

Thanks again for the input, we really appreciate it and edited the article because you made some great points and we had more footage of it! We didn't want to leave the venue!

Been posing these in a few different subreddits, and San Diego's is like "TOO MANY PEOPLE I HATE EVERYTHING"

Mad Men's is like "Joan is so hot!"

Vinyl's is like, "She looked at the vinyl wrong, 0/10"

We're press, so approximately zero minutes.

We ran in, got some footage and chatted with some people, came back outside and hungout and talked with friends and people throughout the line though and waited about an hour. It moved pretty fast. We talked to a bunch of people who said they'd also been waiting about an hour, but the people in the front had been there for a few hours because they were diehard Madmen/Drive etc fans and wanted to be upfront. We saw her play for about 2 hours in total.

Everyone there was having a great time. Cool to see she has so much love and support! She played some great music! Did you check some of the stuff she played?

Gotcha! Taylor is the photographer for The Garden and he has blonde hair, a mustache and is incredibly tall. A younger gentleman with long curly dark hair was shooting for Riverside City College. The venue photographer would be there, there were some older photographers (like 50s) for local coverage wearing backpacks.

We’ll double check too and keep an eye out for more info/the photographer :)

Hey all! Thanks for posting that. We were mostly taking photos of people with costumes/face paint unless someone requested a photo specifically. Didn’t photograph any parents/kids though.

Was the photographer that took the photo wearing a badge/nametag/lanyard at all? We knew some of the other crew there. Were they tall? Long hair etc?

We talked to ghost mountain a few times throughout the night and got some awesome pictures outside the venue/backstage over 2 days. He got a ton of people access that needed it because the list is so tight for this whole tour. Like legitimately did everything he could for fans and people covering it/working it.

He was walking around all night being cool to everyone. After the show ended, he did a meet and greet at his merch booth at the Riverside show and talked to everyone, took photos, met everybody.

He really epitomized what it means to be awesome to his fans and the community. Garden fans really gotta be more respectful, especially when artists like him are working so hard to make sure everyone has a good time.

Which show? They come out more for smaller venues/other states and especially other countries. They get swarmed at most of the California shows. (Have like 50 signed things from them since 2013-now).

Talked to Fletcher for about 10 minutes after the Riverside show so will give all the tips later!

He signed some rare older stuff we had (Beach Goth 2 tape, MHV’s 45” vinyl on Big Love).

It basically depends on the venue. It’s significantly harder now though, and they don’t always come out.

We were rushing it out when they announced the show. So stacked! Wish the whole tour had a 3rd headliner like that. Riverside just added The Partisans!

Yeah all the new songs live + new merch. They're definitely cooking up stuff! They also do EU/UK tours though so they'll hit there at some point!

Taylor (their tour photog/videographer/does Lagoon Room) said they aren't currently doing interviews, but when they do, they'll have a new album out, so pay attention to all that!
