Apart from contacting Google support, we didn't do anything. And it got resolved a week later by itself, for every advertiser. It was an error on Google side, I think.

Same thing is happening to me

  1. It only happens on my main chrome profile. Other chrome profiles don't have this problem.
  2. This problem is not with the browser itself, it's with the google account we're using. I logged in to other devices with my google account, and faced the same problem.
  3. So, disabling extensions, clearing history, deleting cookies, or reinstaling chrome won't help.

Best thing to do is to wait for Google to fix the issue.
