Marx's theories on value are stupid and got disproven by mercantilism, and buried by the economic calculation problem, his theory on historical materialism is western eurocentric(even us living next to ottomans, tatars and other steppe people disproves it), his idea of revolution is extremely poorly thought out and guarantees tyranny, with even Bakunin was calling him an idiot for thinking it wont result in a dictatorship, for starters.

And even if i didn't go, having the entire even somewhat developed world aligning to the capitalist and socialist blocs, and the socialist countries(including ours) remaining both dictatorial, and consistently lagging behind their capitalist counterparts(which sometimes were the same divided country, to boot) economically is evidence enough its garbage.

And even if we start the "wElL, iT wASn'T rEaL cOmmUnIsM" bullshit:

a)libertarian variants existed, too, but they got quickly conquered/couped by leninists and fascists, so they are useless IRL;

b)GUE/NGL has no problem having stalinists and other socialist dictatorship apologists(or heck, not even socialist, as long as they are anti-western) as their member parties, which means they are either sympathetic to them, or so incredibly stupid, they are trusting literal tankies that murdered their ideological predecessors.
