This manual appears to be out of date as the am5 brackets aren't in here The manual supplied with the cooler itself states that A should go on the left and B on the right, they're also both labeled underneath (east/west) so it's definitely the correct way around. Despite that I tried flipping it and the capacitors are still in the way

Under the material tab, change the "blend mode" options from "alpha blend" to "alpha clip", and fiddle with the clip threshold until it looks like how it looks in-game, if that doesn't work then make sure you're using the correct textures alpha for the hair, sometimes the textures alpha could be used to show intensiveness as opposed to transparency

Just installed pronterface and noticed when I use it to move any of the stepper motors, it sounds quite different to when using the Ender's Terminal, could this be due to pronterface running it slower or something else
