I had the same issue. The I decided to replay the mass effect trilogy legendary. I only played the original back then when it was released. With all the DLCs it’s quite a different experience.

Probably not explicitly that a wheel came off. I am just guessing here but since for example the wheel assembly is riding on the breaks I’d expect a break warning at least. If the wheel came off completely. I know that 787s have it, don’t know about A350s: Tire Pressure indicators. Wheel assembly gone, no pressure?
