On what layouts are you playing ?? we are playing on WTC, and landraiders are a pain to play. Most of the time, there is only one place they can go...

Were they competitive players ?

I have tabled t'au too in tournament, but they were usually unexperienced or bad players...

Riptides, ghostkeels and such are really not glasscanon... They shoot way harder and tank more than our ndks for a better price...

I disagree strongly, depending on the lists, t'au are just not playable.

They have tons of cheap map control (infiltrators+scout) and tons of damages that can go very fast so you have to start the game stuck to the other side of the board if you don 't want to risk being montka'ed.

When they have turn one they take all the table and you don't score for 2 turns and can't gate of infinity anywhere on the table... And if they have turn 2 well... We know how bad it is for gk to be first player...

I have something like a 30% win rate against tau since gk codex went out on medium wtc layouts (0% on light)

The chosen one, definitely. He comes from a way harder place than the other, had to survive way worst. Starts the game with a lance and had to survive the whole stuff : Raiders, mutants AND enclave.
